Return Policy
You may request a return if:-
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition-
- Tags, labels, and packaging are intact-
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:-
- Used, washed, or damaged items
- Items with perfume, stains, or missing tags
- Final sale or clearance items (if mentioned)
Return process:-
- Email vastroxsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason
- Ship the product back after approval
- Once received, our QC team will inspect the item
Refund Policy
Refunds are approved only after quality check.
Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Refund not applicable if:-
- The product fails quality check
- The product is used/washed
- Tags or packaging are missing
Wrong / Defective / Damaged Product:-
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos
- Free replacement or full refund will be provided
Exchange Policy
You can exchange your item if:-
- It is unused and in original condition
- A size or color change is required (subject to availability)
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
Exchanges are processed after QC approval.
